What is CUCKOO's return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all CUCKOO appliances and furniture pieces come with a minimum 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
