  Log into your CUCKOO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to CUCKOO

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
